Is it like driving a golf cart only faster? Glad you are liking the bike, I think it would be sorta neat to drive one for a bit.

It sounds a bit like a golf cart, only angrier. It feels like riding any other motorcycle less the need to clutch and shift... and stop for gas. 

If someone's coming through Austin on the way to MOOTMAG with truck or trailer space, and there's enough interest, I'd consider loading it up to show it off. I think I can trust you guys for some quick rides, right?

haha... Only if it's me doing the jumping, otherwise ya'll are signing "you break it you buy it" waivers!  And then you've all gotta' agree to call me "Evel J'nievel" all weekend.

Actually, I've found that it flies pretty well.   I think it was last Thursday that I was riding to work on Braker Lane approaching the intersection with Burnet Rd. They've been resurfacing Burnet for the last couple weeks, had the surface all ground up preparing for new asphalt. As I approached the intersection, the light turned yellow and I was way too close to stop so I goosed it a bit. Right as I entered the intersection I saw that they had laid a strip of new asphalt about 3" high on the center lane only. No time to brake, I was probably doing around 50mph. I'm pretty sure I didn't even touch the southbound lanes on the far side. Just landed and rode away. Must've looked cool as hell to people stopped at the red, but that's because they didn't see me do a pants check when my heart rate dropped back to normal.

Nah, the Mags isn't going anywhere... Unless Honda wises up and decides that what the CTX really needs is the Interceptor 800 lump. If that happens then I might have a slight financial crisis, but I'll still be V4_Jeff.

Yes.  (Record TT Zero Lap)

I was going to post something on this last week but forgot.  Velocity channel had the Isle races and I happened to catch the Zero race.  I thought it was cool, but the coverage was only 10-15 minutes.  They were moving quite well though
