Brad,

Friday: We hope to get to Salida about 11 AM, go rafting and then back to Salida by 6 PM for the night.

Saturday: We'll leave Salida at 8 AM, ride t0 Durango and spend Sat night in Durango

Sunday: Ride to Salida arriving at 3 PM, load the bikes in the trailer and leave for Frisco getting there at 5 PM. Sounds like a meet up might work.

It probably won't work out exactly that way, but that is the plan.

Jesse,

I just got a notice from the Rafting folks that Jesse Mills added two to the reservation.  I don't know why they sent it to me, but if it means you are joining us, that is great.

Hi Rick,

Yes. We are joining you guys. I just made sure that we were going to be in the same time slot so I told them who we wanted to join. I guess they thought we were all the same party. Ironically, I didn't get the confirmation email.

I will have to call them back.

The timing just isn't going to work for me on this one troops. I knew this schedule was in my busy season and I just cannot break from work to attend as much as I wanted to. I was looking at my Magna Owners history and I have been to every one since 2009 when I started. Sad thing to break the streak.

Thanks Jeff for busting your hump to steer this get together to its final phase.

Everyone be safe and have a wonderful time. Take and post a lot of pictures and report on progress as time permits.

We'll miss ya Dave, sorry you can't make it. I was really hoping you'd be able to get away with us. Next time man!

We're about ready to take off from Denver for the final leg to Frisco. If anyone needs to find me, call or text 512-923-4626. I should be at the New Summit Inn by about 5pm or so.

Arrived at home in Norman at 8:30 pm.  784 miles in 11 hrs, 10 mins.  Whew!!  Backside is very sore.  Had a great week in Frisco.  Nice and cool all week.  Arrive home to temps in the mid 90's.  Yuck.  Will update later.

ST hums at 80 mph, and I was getting passed by cagers headed back to NC, MA,SC,VA,WV, etc. Stopped in Salida, KS, to gas up-someone said 'hey Brad', and it was Karen's brothers fueling up also, pick-up and trailer.  A 'Special' thanks to Jeff for organizing the 2016 MootMag.  Had a very great week riding the high passes of central CO.  More later.
