My bike doesn't have the toolkit that came with it.  It'd be good to have on the road, and I specifically need the spark plug wrech to check my plugs.  Can you buy them from Honda?  Can you get spark plug wrenches somewhere?  I tried the one that came with my dad's nighthawk but it is too large in diameter.

Thanks!

I would think that you could. Just for reference, Bike Bandit has them for 51.00 and has the service book for 3.00.

I bought mine from www.hondaparts-direct.com for about $35.  My '99 only had 1102 miles on it when I bought it and the guy had already lost the tool kit... Don't know how you do that.

In the mean time you can easily reach the plugs with a u-joint spark plug socket.

Take a look at this tool kit.  I am going to put toghther something like this and replace my stock kit.  I will just keep this in the bags.  I can probably put this togheher from Harbor Freight for less than $25 if I can catch the stuff on sale.

It will also be nice to cart to the wrenching sessions. :D

Did you find a toolkit yet?
I have a spare one I took off my wrecked '98, I now have the '99 just like yours.
I was out riding near Justin last week.
