I decided to see how it would fit onto the switch.  I used a sanding drum on my dremel and relieved the opening slightly and now it fits completely over the key insertion on the switch.
I am ready!!!!  Hehehehe.

I used the dremel cause mine is different, than the others shown in PICs, mine if you look at the first set of PICs there are 2 tabs if you will.
May not work at all LoL, but might be better who knows, it does slide up close for a more stealthy look hehehe.

That cap will be a lot easyer to fit the electronics in with the key!

Hey Len,
Not to break away from the Cool Key subject, which I too will probably make one.  I noticed the control panels on your website.  I have a panel shop and have been wanting to find 24vdc din rail mounted power supplies so now I know where to get them.  Thanks.  My panels are mostly used for commercial HVAC and tie into a Tridium graphical interface.  I engineer the controller logic and design the graphics.

Bob comes with the JOB, when you use a scrub brush 4-7 times a work shift to scrub vigorously your finger tips, fingers, hands, wrists, arms, and elbows, can have hands of this quality TOO!!

I think that the biggest problem that I have is losing keys.  Between keys, wallet, knife, phone, gum, watch, etc. I have alot to keep up with . . . so an extra item would only make life more difficult.

So I got to thinking, how could you put a ring on it to keep it attached to the rest of my keys.  Well, I came to realize that ring wouldn't help, as it would take away from the clean look.

But, there might be a solution . . . what if you buried a strong magnet in the cap, then glued a key in there . . . then on your key ring you could put another strong magnet.  That way you could pop it on or off without undoing a ring.  I am not sure about a magnet interfering with the motorcycle (I wouldn't think a small one would) but according to Mythbusters a magnet will not effect a credit card as easily as we once thought.

I also thought about how you could make a glowing emblem or make the words "Magna" glow on the front.  That would take a lot of work but I think that could happen too.

I don't like to use my master key, but the copies are too long.  The "handle" of the key is almost longer than the key itself.  For that reason I took my key to my grinder and ground off about 3/4".  I redrilled the hole and the handle is now only about 1/4" tall.  The things we do for our Magnas . . .

As long as you dont get that magnet close to your bank or gas cards.
Speaking from experiance
