Needle Shim Install

Was thinking about installing shims on the needles to eliminate the flat spot and wanted to know if anyone had a link to the procedure, photos, etc.

Thanks, that's what I was looking for.  Actually, I looked there after posting this and found it already. 

Now I understand I can use #4 electronic washers that I can get at Radio Shack as long as I measure the thickness and get close to 0.020 thick each.
