I found the new Turtle Wax Ice at Target in a Car Care kit after Christmas marked down to like $9, and used it on my truck, was astounded with the results so put it on my bike as well. The stuff is amazing, goes on real easy and when dries is not a white residue. I put it on all of the painted surfaces and all of the chrome that does not get hot. Feels smooth as glass when you get it polished up and looks like a million bucks. The kit that I got has car wash, wax, spray detailer, interior cleaner and microfiber clothes with it. You can also put it on plastic parts(like the mirrors on my truck) and doesn't leave a residue.

I have used it with success as well.. I have also used it on my Mustang seat and backrest pad, windshield, you can use it on just about everything..
I still love my Amsoil Miracle Wash the best (Spray wash and wax in one), but still use the ice when I actually wash my bike, sometimes.. Good Product - easy - no residue - need to use the microcloth. I have not used any other part but the wax.

Remember Terry... You asked...

I have had more than one scary experience on my motorcycle, such as rounding a corner a little to fast, or encounters with cagers.. These experiences have now provided me with a valuable tool I use after waxing my seat.
There is now a perminant ridge that runs down the middle of the main seat on my bike. SO, after I wax the seat, I just have to apply a little extra Butt Clench pressure on this ridge on the 1st few stop's and go's...

Hey thanks for the tip on the wax, I've been meaning to try to find a new quick polish or wax that I could wipe the bike down with before a ride. I have been dreading the searching process because of the ton of products available these days.

I say the next wrench session everyone bring a product and we can all try them at once that way you dont have to spend all your gas, tire and accessory money on wax!

That's strange I bought some Ice and didn't think it held up very well.
Certainly goes on easy, maybe too easy but wouldn't leave a hard finish.
I then found Carnu-B a high quality Carnuba wax that REALLY works well.
It take out minor blemishes with ease where the Ice would just coat it.

Hadn't thought about it not holding up very well, I wash and wax the bike at least once a month so hadnt paid any attention to that. Good point. 8-)

I don't really need it to hold up I just need it to go on pretty quick, I like to shine it up a little before we make a ride. If it gets really dull I paint it :D :D..

I like the way it shines up quick and easy, makes the chrome look good IMO.

So I looked at Target today when I was there for the wife, and found about three products under the "Ice" umbrella from Turtle:

1) A car wash liquid

2) A spray on "wax" liquid

3) A can of paste "wax" in a kit with a microfiber cloth.

Just so we all are talking about the same product, which one have you used, and with what results?
