Riding Memorial Day - Houston/Katy starting point

I am planning to ride somewhere on Monday - Memorial day. 

If anyone in the Houston/Katy area would like to join me - let me know.  I have no plans yet - just riding.  I have all day off from both my jobs and plan to take advantage of it.
