Draining Carbs on a Magna V65

There does not seem to be a drain plug on the carbs on 84 magna v65.  Is there a way to drain fuel from the bowls?

Yep if you look at the bowls from the left side of the bike (that is if some braniac has not had them off and installed them incorrectly LoL).  You will see a slotted screw on the lowest portion of the bowl.  This is the drain.
