Ok a LITTLE side note  I am thinking of doing a IronButt going to my Dads !!!!

If I leave my house at 4am i will go up 45 to 35 and take it to Okie City catch 40 over to Memphis and 72 to my Dads house that adds up to 1100.20 miles as far as Yahoo maps is concerned that should give me plenty of cushion for mistakes in mileage and maps figure I can be at my Dads for about 10pm thats 18 hours to go 1100 miles I think it is doable for sure lets see if this shows my plan

I'm thinking since we are camping out once we get there why not pitch a tent halfway there and save an "IRON BUTT".........LOL

There are 3-4 gas stations at the Pauls Valley exit- Valero, Phillips 66, and maybe a couple independents.  Wish I could go, but would have to get fuel every 90-100 mis.  Have fun!

Having light to moderate rain along  I-35, from the Red River to OKC, and I-40 East to Ft. Smith, AR- should continue through Thurs. noon.  There is an ~5 mile one lane contruction area on I-35 near Pauls Valley.  Not sure about I-40 East of OKC.  Good Riding!! Hope you brought some Monkey Butt powder. Ha!
