OK we are gearing up for the MOOTMag location vote, then the planning will start in full force.  SO its time for all you folks who want to help with the planning and organization of the event.

Expectation is that you will be attending the event, take on organization and planning tasks, and general input..  If you wish to be on the MOOTMag Committee simply post here to let me know..  Your committee tenure will last through the event, at that time  you can choose to volunteer for the next event if you wish.

If you were on the committee for MOOTMag # 7 your tenure has expired, UNLESS you tell me you wish to participate again for MOOTMag # 8.

If you could plan just before or after (or even during)  July 31st (Saturday) to August 6th (Friday) at or near the Ozark Swiss Inn - I could make two events at in one trip!!! YEAH!!!

But that's just me and it is not an overly serious request, BUT it would be great.

The folks that will be there during this time period are GREAT people too..
The other group planned this time period so people could combine it into a Sturgis run.

Or we could meet in Florida!!! - Really NOT a serious request, but makes the OZARK request seem much more reasonable, right!!!

I'd bring Cole Slaw.. But after sitting in a Saddle bag for two or three days.. I'm not sure it would be well received!!!

BTW they have the following rates
If booked for 1 night $49
If booked for 2 nights $47/night
If booked for 3 nights $46/night
Over 3 nights $45/night

and reserved 23 rooms.

Which Ozark Swiss Inn are you talking about and where Hoot?  In Eureka Springs?  What other event are you coming for if in Eureka Springs?  Just curious....

It is with another (larger) forum group I frequent.. and yes Eureka Springs.
I joined them in Virginia THIS summer and am hoping to make MootMag in 2010
I'm only going to make one trip this summer (employment being a factor).. My plan is MM IF I make an event, but if they were close enough together I could combine them.. (again - Employment being a factor)..
I don't expect you all to schedule around me.. I'm just throwing it out there.
