83 750 Magna piston rings

Hello Mooters, can anyone tell me where I can order new standard piston rings for my 83 750 Magna? Bike has just 8400 miles on it and it sat for a few years. It ran but smoked severely. Comp test proved bad rings. Disassembled engine and found rings stuck in piston grooves. Would like to clean up walls and re-ring. Any help out there?

Seen rings stick after sitting for long periods of time.  Maybe try some penetrating oil flogged into the cylinders.
