The discount that we negotiated with Koyote Ranch the last time we were there is being repeated this year.  Website: http://www.koyoteranch.com/

If we have more than 10 rentals, everyone gets a 10% discount off the posted prices (which appear to me to be the same as they were three years ago!).

If we have more than 20 rentals, everyone gets a 20% discount.

A rental is not the number of people -- it is a specific cabin, tent site, whatever.

A deposit for one night at full price is required at reservation time.  THEY WILL NOT REFUND THIS DEPOSIT if you cannot attend -- but they will issue a voucher good for six months.  The discount will be applied at check-in.

Please call and reserve your spot right away -- 800-225-0991, or (830) 589-4695.  (If you have unlimited long distance, why not use the second number, and save them the toll charge?)  BE SURE TO TELL THEM THAT YOU ARE WITH MOOT!!

The gas pumps are working (well, one is out right now because the garbage truck ran into it, but it is being repaired).  I was promised that gas will be available from both pumps by June.

Business is picking up.  We were lucky to get this weekend.   The next weekend is pretty much completely booked with another group, for example.  Let's be sure that none of us get left out.

Lawrence, I just reserved the Koyote Den.

If anyone wants to bunk with me and save some lodging money let me know. The Den has 9 beds. Check it out on the web site.
You are not paid for what you do, but rather for what you will do and when that time comes, you will be highly underpaid.

Does anybody have any reservations with bunks that aren't spoken for yet?  I'll be there for the entire shebang if I can find somewhere to sleep.

-Brandon

EDIT:  I have contacted Dave.  He's got bunks still.
