Hard to find parts question...

I'm interested in finding 5 parts, some I don't know at all, some I know are hard to find:

1 - I'm looking for a set of Mapam forward controls for my Gen 3 (mine were damaged), or a comparable product.  The Jardines are too high.

2 - Any recommendations on a new set of highway pegs would be great as well.

3 - On my 4 wheel hot rod, I loved the braided water hoses, but the Magna hoses are smaller.  Anyone know of a product for this, or a way to do it?  (use a sleeving kit?)

4 - Does anyone know of a kit, or have a parts list for converting the fuel lines and/or water lines into quick-connect hoses?  (again, something I've done on 4 wheels, but never on 2,...  but I've read of others who have!)

5 - And a couple years ago I saw a set of chromed neck covers on line,...  and have NEVER been able to find them since!!!???  Anyone know where to find a set of those for a Gen 3 Magna?
