I need a part!!!

I need to replace my plastic base that the air filter sits on.. It is the plastic ring that goes around the carb intakes and has the rubber flap that sits on the front heads..
I somehow broke both side mounting pieces for the Faux chrome side covers..
The part (17230-mz5-910) is discontinued by Honda...

I do have a second one, but it's little ears that hold the nut are busted too..

Yeah, I saw the ones on e-bay.. Tempted.. Thought I'd throw it out there.
Pinwall cycles has one, but it's a little banged up and they want $48 + shipping.. So $60 easy..
Should I just spend $35 more and get new?? But have to wait 2 weeks for it to arrive?
Thought I would check with my Magna Friends 1st..

I have had to go to extremes to get parts sent over to myself and I have done the same for others overseas. That question you will have to answer yourself.
