It actually started up and ran tonight   :D  :D

The clutch seems to need some more bleeding or something.
Still on center stand
1) Start in Neutral
2) Shift into 1st and the rear tire stays still
3) Release clutch and it gets busy
4) Apply the clutch and it's still turning... can't stop with my shoe
5) Pump the clutch a bit and then I can stop the wheel with my shoe and shift back into neutral.

I did the bubble up by the master cylinder thing and I'm pretty sure it's gone.  How do you "bleed from the top" as I've seen described on some of the other posts?

Check the tips and tricks section on the Moot site. I believe it's in there.

A mighty mini vac is the best way.  Or you can use the tap tap tap tap method, LoL.. Basically tap the lines driving the air to the top.

I've been using a Mity-Vac to suction it from the slave bleeder and I put teflon on the bleeder screw but it still seems to get bubbles...
I was wondering if it works better to pump fluid up from the slave to the master to flush out the bubbles.

Try the tapping thing, you will have to tap continuous for a couple minutes, bubbles will find any spot to stop.  But the tapping will keep em moving to the highest point in the line which hopefully will be at the MC.  You can with the MC top off VERY VERY slowly and easily pump the lever and the bubbles will work up in to the MC.
