Hi-way bars

I was looking at maybe getting some Hi-Way bars for my bike.  Does anybody know what the difference between the Deluxe and non-Deluxe Hi-way bars by MC Enterprises (on Wings and Things site) are?  I'd like to see some pics of these mounted on a bike, but can't seem to find any.

The non deluxe version are just pegs and a new engine mount bolt.  The Deluxe version has a large chrome mounting bracket that allows 2 different (I believe only 2 but my memory could be slipping, LoL) mounting positions.
