I have not heard of this particular tire, especially in reference on a Magna sorry cant help with your question.
With that said it is very hard to get more bang for you buck than going with a Metzeler or Avon.

I checked the link you posted and I could not find the Magna stock rear size listed.  Closest I found was the 140/90-15, which is 10mm narrower and 6mm taller.  They have the correct size listed in the size comparison chart but not on the order list.

They gotta be good, I heard them mentioned on CSI NY last night in reference to a motorcycle with that kind of tire on it. Go Metzler.

I have the IRC Wild flare (120/80 - 17) on my front wheel. Have approx 2,000 miles on it without any problems. Handles well on wet pavement. Had it on my bike for last year's MOOT Mag 2 - no problems at all with handling the curves. Still not showing signs of wear.

May have to "adjust" your brake stay rod, shim it away from the tire as it may rub.
Best thing in my opinion is to get one of the Cycle-istic rods to replace the stocker with.  Not only gives more than adequate room for a fat rear tire but adds a bit of polished flash as well, hehehehe.
