The big boys and girls are going to be racing bikes on the closed course at Cresson, Texas this coming Sunday. I am going down to watch. May ride the bike or just cage it.

This is a fun day and if anyone is interested, let me know. This is a Sunday morning trip (racing starts at 10:00 AM).

Next month the racing moves to Decatur, TX.

You are not paid for what you do, but rather for what you will do and when that time comes, you will be highly underpaid.

Sue and I had a great day down at Cresson watching the races. Nice bunch of folks and a fantastic course.

I got a few shots I have included here.

Keep posting these, I would like to make it to one. Do you know if they hold vintage races?

Looks like the Suzuki took a spill, did you see it?

I didn't see this one, just the dust cloud because it was at turn one and my line of sight was obstructed by a low hill rise. The rider was hurt badly (tore a hole in his side). There were several other walk away type accidents on Sunday. Risky business to say the least.

Really exciting stuff if you are into this type of racing.

I don't know about vintage racing. It's a good question.

Next race is at Decatur, TX next month (make plans and let's go) and it is followed by the three day season closer at College Station, TX in October (this would be a great ride trip for the MOOT bunch). All the best CMRA racers are here for this one.
