Ross,

As Chad has mentioned I would wait until Greg or one with some experience with this setup can direct you in what has worked for them to eliminate you from possibly redoing this, Greg may have this information in a previous post or on the Carb Tune thread.

I will search for that thread and post here in a minute, Gregs info may or may not be on this thread.

Here you go, remember most of this is referring to the stock Magna setup regarding carbs and not the Dyna Jet kit, Gregs may be the only reply mentioning the Dyna Jet.

Thank You Chad.I put back the carb's and the bike starts and runs perfect.

Good Deal! I would still stick around and wait for Greg to get back to you as to where your pilot jetting should be, as in how many turns out.  he has experience with the DynoJet setup, I just used my best guess :)

I can tell you this that the Dynojets are a different taper on the needle and thus requires their jets as the stock kehin jets are to fat for them and will throw the jetting off on the needle if that makes sense.

Interesting what you did with the tires.
I have seen the word Honda on the side of the engine painted but never the tire.
I wonder what it looks like at different speeds.
I wonder if they have a glow in the dark.
I have done my sidewalls once. I will never do that again.

I got from ebay markers with paint specialy disained for tires. They are $5 for two.

Magnum Magna

I found some red ink pens for tires on ebay. I may look into them.
I will probably be the first on my block with painted tires.
Do they have any reflective properties and what do they look like going down the road?

I have only watched people work on the Magna carbs so I have no helpful suggestions on your gas issue.

The ones I have are reflective. They don't glow on the dark but they are reflective.I don't know if other colors are-mine are chrome stile.

I didnt read all posts so forgive me if I miss something.

I would keep stock shim under e-clip so it doesnt dig into diaphragm housing.
Place e-clip on 2nd from top notch.
Buy a K&N air filter.
use the 100 (dynajet kit jets).
Adjust "D" pilot jet to 2 1/2 to 2 5/8's turns out.
