I saw in the paper, and just had to go see a house in Malibu, Ca.
2 Bedroom, 1 bath house, with 13 car garage..
When I saw it, It wasn't a 13 car garage.. It was 13 single car garages all adjoined. 
Yes.. The gentlemen selling the place was a car collector.
