Thinking about putting together a wrench session for either late December, early January.  I have an 84 V65 Magna that I would like to do a valve adjustment on (first time for me), and fellow member JumboBret would like to do the steering head bearings in his 84 V65 Magna!  Location is still undecided, can either be at my place in McKinney, or at Dave Shireman's place (SmokedU) in DeSoto, or maybe somebody else would like to host with a heated garage?   :D  The possible dates are either December 20th, or December 27th.  Depending on everyone's holiday schedule, we may have to push this out into January, but would like to put out a feeler to gauge interest!  Anybody else have a winter project just waiting to be tackled?   Let's hear about it!!!!!

Well I planned on heading up to Gregs house for the weekend of Jan 9th so maybe we could impose on him to hold one I am sure he is up for it LOL never seen him turn a wrench session down yet. Santa will have dropped all the Toys off for all us MOOTsters and we will have to put them on. So if Greg chimes in it is Ok then how does the January 10th sound !!

You are not paid for what you do, but rather for what you will do and when that time comes, you will be highly underpaid.

I assume this is on your V65?  If so, I am sure going to try and make it up there for that.  Wouldn't mind hauling my V45 up there and trying to do it as well.
Also, I am buying a used tire removal/replacement tool this week.  If anyone down my way ever has a need just shout.  It is likely not as nice as Terry's though.  I am buying it and a rolling chassis (yes another) this next week.  Already made the deal with the guy, just gotta get the last project/parts bike off my trailer and go pick this one up.  $100 for the chassis.  Has almost everything but the gas tank and a few odds and ends.

Yes, have some upper end noise that tends to come and go in my 84 V65 Magna, so I figured I would start with the valves first, bike has just over 20K miles, bet it's never been done before.  Looking forwarding to meeting everyone on the 10th!!!!
