Hop-a-long and I will be leaving ~6am from Norman, using a route to miss the DFW rush hours.  Will be in Stephenville ~10:30, and then on to Llano.  We should catch up between Stephenville and Llano.  Cell # 405-618-9335 for those in the DFW group.  Leave a message when going through Stephenville so we can hook up.  We plan on a brisk pace until Stephenville.

Our first gas stop will be Dublin, Texas (southwest of Stephenville, Tx) around 1030.

Our next stop is Llano, Texas, Cooper's BBQ around 1:00 pm

Just suggestions, but, I think Thursday should be a Ride Your Own Direction day since people are still coming in to the area. Friday can be the group ride on the 3 Sisters and then another free day on Saturday to do what you want to do ride-wise.

Friday @ lunch time might be a good time to finalize what we want to do Saturday evening for our get together and prize giveaway.

I would like to leave the daily ride notes on the front door of the Texaco/Subway gas station on the corner of US 83 and FM 1120 in Leakey, Texas across from the Mill Creek Cafe (which is where I will be having a breakfast buffet each morning).

Thursday being a leisure day we might take a little more time getting there, I think we will stay the night in Llano, head down to Medina and make a stop than head over.

Breakfast at Mill Creek Cafe 0800 to 0900. open ride day.

Details will be posted across the street from Mill Creek at the Stripes gas station on their bulletin board inside the store.

We will be splitting into small groups for the day and rallying later in the afternoon.

Group ride today on the sisters   336 to 41 to 335 to Camp Wood for lunch then ride the western loop to Rocksprings area and back to Leakey.

Made it home safe with very little rubber to spare on the front but plenty of lessons learned. Thanks to Jeff and Jerry for the company in the rain. More comments to follow.
