the shakes!

can anyone tell me why at about 100-105 my front end has a small shimmy/shake?its not violent.every thing is tight and torqued

Typically any shakes or shimmies are tire related more than not.

Oversize or not properly aligned windshields could create a problem also.

Read this post.  Your fork brace could be in need of service.

i do have a new dunlop with about 1000 miles or so but i did check my fork brace an sure enough on front two bolt holes there are small cracks.never even thought about the brace.where is a repuable place to purchess one ?

I made a couple of these out of titanium a year or so ago, wish I hadn't thrown them in the scrap bin

Go to where TLRAM1 suggested. 

I've heard of the v65 magna coming apart at high speed....from a violent wobble...due to this very fork brace.

For $27.00 or however much that brace is....its worth it in gold.

no havent ordered it yet maybe this weekend,been rainy.i finished my valves started it up it was louder than b for.so tonight i took it apart re-adjusted them in 2.5 hrs nice and queit

I purchased two of these braces for my and my wifes V65's and they are AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They bolt rite on with ethe stock bolts and yoy can feel the improvement!
